As a full-time remote Manager, QA and Release, the successful candidate will coordinate compliant deployments of core software and client-specific builds while leading the QA team to ensure production readiness and adherence to GxP and regulatory standards in clinical research. Key responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end between Product, Engineering, and Professional Services for seamless deployments Mentor and coach a team of engineers, fostering continuous growth and clear performance benchmarks Maintain and audit the Quality Management System (QMS) to align operational processes with industry directives
Required qualifications
Extensive experience in Release Management within regulated environments (GxP, Life Sciences, or MedTech) Proven track record in a leadership role with effective team operations management Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines, including ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and HIPAA compliance Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools to support software testing protocols
