To support a growing managed services environment, the full-time System Engineer will design, implement, and support infrastructure and cloud-based technology solutions for clients while managing technical projects and collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work setting. Key responsibilities
Implement and support networking solutions including firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologies Lead technical projects and deployments, ensuring successful client outcomes through collaboration and troubleshooting Assist with Microsoft and cloud technologies, including Azure and Office 365, for deployments and migrations
Required qualifications
Preferred 3+ years of IT project experience Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly SharePoint and Azure Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
