You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches with the initial level of RCA. You should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Your Role Enterprise Integration Testing: Work heavily with the Leapwork testing platform across enterprise ecosystems including Salesforce, Netsuite, Zuora, and Workday, all orchestrated through Boomi. Framework Ownership: Contribute to and evolve the existing automation framework, with the demonstrated ability to architect and implement new frameworks from scratch for new projects or modules. SDLC Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, BAs, and Developers to assess automation feasibility and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Defect Management: Report, track, and manage bugs and issues using Jira. End-to-End Execution: Understand the testing scope and coordinate with stakeholders from initial scripting through to the closure of testing activities. What You Will Bring Must have skills: Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing (UI & API). Technical Breadth: Understanding of Salesforce and Netsuite. Tooling: Proficiency in low-code/no-code tools like Leapwork, alongside scripting knowledge in Playwright, Pytest, or Selenium with Python. API Testing: Working experience with Postman and an understanding of backend verification. QA Architecture: Good understanding of the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern and clean code principles. Testing Core: Deep understanding of system testing, UAT, and core testing concepts. and working in Agile teams with frequent releases. Aptitude: Analytical mind for edge cases, a willingness to learn new applications, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good to have skills: Boomi middleware knowledge. Experience with Git (Branching, Merging, PRs). Familiarity with AI concepts and LLMs. ISTQB CTFL certification. Work Arrangement Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
