What You'll Do Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors. Support software selection processes, including guiding business leadership in the decision-making process Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues appropriately Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation with business and technical teams Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and project outcomes Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams across multiple locations

What You Bring A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Requires 7+ years of professional experience with minimum of 3+ years of project management experience with a track record of delivering complex department-level and enterprise-scale projects Strong background in technology and IT projects (software implementations, infrastructure, digital transformation, etc.) Demonstrated experience in change management, helping organizations adopt new tools, processes, or systems Solid skills in requirements definition and translating business needs into actionable project plans Experience driving process improvement initiatives Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to details Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Experience with Project tracking software such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification Background in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
Travel Travel for this position is up to 20% and will consist of overnight stays
