This opportunity would suit an Architect, Architectural Technologist or Design Manager who enjoys working on exceptional residential projects and wants to play a meaningful role in bringing outstanding designs to life. The successful candidate will join a well-established contractor with a reputation for delivering some of the finest private homes in London and the Home Counties, working alongside world-class architects, consultants, interior designers and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Unlike many contractor-side design management roles, this position offers genuine involvement from the earliest stages of a project. The business is regularly engaged by clients before construction begins and is often appointed under procurement routes that include significant Contractor Design Portion responsibilities.
