Job Summary $110-130K annually. This role pays in the range $115-130K annually. It is an HRIS Senior Analyst role responsible for administration, configuration, analysis, support, and maintenance of assigned HR/Payroll Technology solutions (Workday, CSOD, Kenexa, or other portfolio assets). Remote, hybrid, or in person at the Newton, Massachusetts office are possible.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Expert level knowledge of assigned HR / Payroll Technology solution(s) (Workday, CSOD, Kenexa, or other portfolio assets) with the ability to lead in the design, configuration, testing and deployment of new modules / functionality, security design and reporting / analytics.
Lead initiatives that require integrations with other systems, both internally and to external vendors. Own configuration for assigned areas, and provide coaching and support for team members in configuration.
Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the functional and technical impacts of Workday configuration decisions with stakeholder groups.
Design, create and maintain custom reporting and dashboards in the system.
Manage assigned HR / Payroll Technology solution major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities, communicating appropriately, and executing regression testing and required changes.
Responsible for Data Management activities including data audits, data cleanup strategy, creation of cleanup tools (EIBs, etc.) and manual cleanup work.
May act as the primary day-to-day vendor contact for vendors in the portfolio with responsibility for monitoring vendor performance and building a productive long-term relationship.
Assist and provide Level 2/3 Support on HR production issues.
Other duties as assigned.
Decision Making Receives general direction and exercises some independent judgement. Lead in the planning, design and delivery of discrete small projects/enhancements within the HRIS group; i.e. leading resources from other groups within Bright Horizons and/or outside consultants. Consult with the business to gather requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot systems issues, and perform ongoing configuration/development of the systems.
Job Requirements - Education / Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree required, or 2 additional years of relevant experience.
Experience: 5+ years in the HRIS field including background/education in both technology and human resources.
Additional Job Requirements
Knowledge / experience with multiple SaaS HR technology platforms and tools.
Demonstrated Workday expertise to design and present solutions with options to business and HR stakeholders.
Excellent business analysis skills: timeline planning, requirements definition and documentation, test planning, deployment approaches.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of staff and management.
Highly analytical with a natural curiosity about data and the ability to consume and process large amounts of information.
Outstanding Excel skills and knowledge of MS Project or other cloud-based project management tools.
Compensation This role pays in a range of $115-130K annually. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, and other relevant factors.
