The Role You will join a market-leading M&A Advisory team specialising in both domestic and cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on private equity. Working alongside highly experienced Directors and Partners, you will play a key role in managing deals from start to finish and advising clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle. This is a pivotal role within the team, offering real responsibility, exposure to interesting and challenging projects, and the opportunity to develop your leadership and business development skills. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, including private equity deals Managing transactions end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client engagement Supporting negotiations and providing insight on the financial aspects of sale and purchase agreements Delivering financial modelling and valuation analysis to support key decision-making Building and maintaining trusted client relationships Identifying and leading business development opportunities Mentoring and developing junior team members Collaborating with an international advisory network to deliver best-in-class solutions Staying up to date with market trends and regulatory developments About You ACA / ACCA / CFA or equivalent qualified Strong M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or Financial Advisory experience Exposure to private equity transactions is advantageous Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress Whats on Offer Opportunity to work with one of the leading deal teams in Ireland Exposure to complex and high-profile transactions Collaborative and supportive culture Clear career progression and strong professional development Hybrid working and competitive benefits
