Overview

We are offering a comprehensive Business Analyst Training & Placement Program designed for professionals seeking to build or strengthen their careers within the Canadian IT and enterprise applications market.

This program focuses on real-world Business Analysis practices including requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, process modeling, documentation standards, Agile methodologies, and end-to-end project lifecycle exposure.

Participants gain hands‑on experience working with enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, ERP systems, HRIS, and data/reporting tools, preparing them to confidently support digital transformation and system implementation initiatives across industries.

Core Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and User Stories
  • Develop process flows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
  • Support system implementation, enhancements, and integration initiatives
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners throughout the SDLC
  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT, and release activities
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
  • Support data analysis, reporting requirements, and validation efforts
  • Maintain traceability matrices and ensure requirement alignment
