Outbound Logistics Support Specialist

Millborn Seeds Canada is looking for a dependable team member to help organize truck shipments and provide outbound logistics support. This is a full-time seasonal position (February 2026 – May/June 2026).

• Organizing and preparing outbound truck shipments with multiple drops of bagged seed orders
• Getting quotes from dedicated list of carriers and scheduling pick ups accordingly
• Following up with customers about expected shipment and delivery dates
• Coordinating with warehouse supervisor to ensure accurate order fulfillment and readiness
• Assisting with warehouse tasks as needed: help with bagging, labeling and inventory restocking
• Ability to lift 35–55 lbs if needed and maintain a safe workspace

• Experience in outbound logistics and warehouse operations
• Strong English communication skills
• Team player with attention to detail
• Forklift & WHMIS certifications are a plus

Wage will be based on experience.
