We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled individual to join our team as an IT Cloud Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our cloud computing infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Provide first‑line support for cloud computing infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution.
- Manage and support endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, policy configuration, application deployment, and compliance monitoring.
- Administer identity and access management through Okta, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, SSO, MFA, and authentication troubleshooting.
- Administer Google Workspace environments, including user management, security settings, and application configurations.
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Document support activities, including technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps, ensuring comprehensive and up‑to‑date records.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to contribute to the development and deployment of new cloud‑based projects.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of platforms, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and provide after‑hours support when required.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or internships in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, principles, and architectures—including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management (device enrollment, compliance policies, MDM).
- Experience with Google Workspace administration, Okta or similar IAM platforms (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with team members and end‑users.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Okta, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, or Google Workspace Administration) will be an asset.
