Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), grooming, and hygiene
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with medication administration and management
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care that respects the unique needs and preferences of each client

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington
