JOB DESCRIPTION

At Signature Aviation, we deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint—and that starts with hiring the right people. As a Recruiter supporting our hourly bases, you will drive fast, high-quality hiring across frontline operational roles at some of our busiest bases. 
 
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and is passionate about delivering a standout candidate and hiring manager experience.  This role will follow a hybrid model, supporting our four New Jersey locations, Dulles and two in Canada. It will be based at our Teterboro, NJ office, with a requirement to be onsite two days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive High-Volume Hiring Execution 

  • Recruit for frontline roles 
  • Manage multiple open roles at the same time
  • Meet hiring goals and fill roles quickly
  • Keep candidate pipelines engaged and organized

Candidate Sourcing

  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach 
  • Maintain pipelines for recurring roles 
  • Reduce time-to-fill through proactive sourcing

Hiring Manager Support

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs
  • Align on priorities and hiring strategies
  • Share market insights
  • Communicate progress and risks 

Candidate Experience 

  • Ensure timely communication and follow up/through
  • Schedule interviews and move hiring decisions forward
  • Support pre-employment processes

Data & Continuous Improvement 

  • Track recruiting activity and metrics 
  • Identify hiring challenges and provide solutions
  • Provide insights to help improve hiring processes 

Local Recruiting Initiatives 

  • Participate in hiring events 
  • Build community partnerships 
  • Promote and support employer brand 
     
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year (2) college or technical school or three (3) years of Human Resources experience including one (1) year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume hourly environment 
  • One year of Human Resources experience; to include at least 3-months of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume hourly environment.
  • Three years of relevant customer service experience. 
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors, including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift worked, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel. The pay range for this position is $53,700-$80,500 a year.
