A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Team Lead to drive pipeline generation and elevate team performance. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to drive consistent activity and performance Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up while partnering with Account Executives Inspect and improve team performance through call reviews and pipeline analysis
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR with a proven track record of exceeding quota Experience mentoring or coaching other SDRs Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification Proficient with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
