Conduct data entry tasks such as inputting employee information, client details, and transaction data into the system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by verifying and managing data integrity. Perform regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and provide reports to the management team. Generate reports and assist in data analysis for tracking and forecasting purposes. Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and systems improvements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve any data discrepancies and ensure efficient operations. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures. Qualifications
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles. Excellent typing skills and accuracy in data input. Proficient in using data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors or inconsistencies in data. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely. Benefits
