What You’ll Do
Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions affecting teeth, gums, and oral health
Perform restorative and preventive procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions
Develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans
Educate patients on oral health, preventative care, and treatment options
Ensure patient comfort through proper anesthetic administration
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with a dedicated team of hygienists, assistants, and support staff
Stay current with advancements through continuing education

What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Texas dental license
Strong clinical experience in general dentistry procedures
Ability to diagnose and present comprehensive treatment plans
Commitment to patient-centered care and clear communication
Team-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities
Strong time management and documentation skills
Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
