What You’ll Do as Our Dental Assistant Support both periodontists and endodontists chairside during specialty procedures Take high-quality digital x-rays and assist with diagnostic imaging Set up and break down surgical and treatment rooms with strict adherence to sterilization protocols Assist with surgical instrumentation, implant placement, and microscope-assisted procedures Educate patients on post-op instructions, oral hygiene techniques, and treatment plans Accurately chart and document in PBS Endo or Curve Dental systems Maintain clinical inventory and prepare specialty instruments and supplies
What We’re Looking For 1+ year of dental assisting experience (specialty experience a plus) Radiology certification (required) CPR certification (required) Dental Assistant Certification from an accredited program (preferred) Comfort using dental software systems and digital imaging tools Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask A calm, professional demeanor with a team-first attitude
