Position Summary (Site Manager | Residential Services | Group Home Leadership)
The
Site Manager
is responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and compliance of a residential program serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role oversees
staff performance, resident care, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and quality assurance , while also providing direct care support when needed. The Site Manager serves as the primary leader of the home and works closely with the Area Director, HR, Quality Assurance, and external partners to ensure high-quality services aligned with Our House, Inc. and Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) standards.
Compensation details:
50000-55000 Yearly Salary
