Duties/Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads from online inquiries and conduct proactive outbound calls to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide expert product knowledge, generate detailed price quotes, and process sales or rental contracts using CRM and ERP systems.
- Conduct virtual product "walkarounds" or host site tours at the facility to demonstrate equipment features and technical value to potential buyers.
- Manage stock levels of equipment and provide detailed information to the outside sales team to availability of equipment.
- Partner with territory managers to schedule field visits and ensure a seamless handoff of information and provide support including quotes and feedback for all outside sales reps.
- Travel up with outside sales representatives and technicians to review equipment operation and customer interaction.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain technical equipment applications.
- Experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot or similar) and ERP systems.
- Strong financial literacy, including the ability to calculate equipment ownership and operating costs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence and contract documentation.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Experience conducting product demonstrations (virtual or in-person).
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field preferred.
- 24 years of equipment sales experience required (B2B experience preferred, especially involving capital goods).

Travel required up to 40%
