Job Description:


As the BDC Manager, you will oversee the business development center, driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing training programs for team members, and implementing effective sales strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and achieving business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer outreach and conversion rates.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
