Description: Position Summary: Join our team as an HVAC Technician Helper/Apprentice and kickstart your career in residential heating and air conditioning systems. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you'll assist in installations while ensuring top-notch service for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems, adhering to company standards to deliver exceptional service. Support experienced technicians in troubleshooting techniques and equipment repairs and replacements. Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints to assist in installations and repairs. Uphold advanced customer service skills to provide a positive experience for our clients. Required Qualifications: Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components. Ability to follow instructions and learn from experienced technicians. Familiarity with equipment and tools used in HVAC installations and repairs. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities. Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
