MCHC is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting MCHC staff and patients by ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Clean and disinfect surfaces, including walls, windows, desktops, countertops, doorknobs, restrooms, floors, and shared equipment. Remove trash and maintain common areas, conference rooms, and staff workspaces. Perform light maintenance and groundskeeping tasks. Ensure staff and patient safety by responding to spills, removing hazards, and reporting concerns. Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to staff requests. Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patient and staff information. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in a healthcare environment or similar cleaning role. Preferred: High School Diploma or GED. Possess a valid California Driver’s License and be insurable to drive MCHC vehicles 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment or similar cleaning role.
Compensation details:
23-26.4 Hourly Wage
