To drive hardware readiness from new product introduction through post-launch lifecycle support, the full-time Hardware Operations NPI & Lifecycle Lead will coordinate NPI activities, manage hardware configuration and BOM changes, and ensure operational readiness across teams, requiring work in the EST or CST time zones. Key Responsibilities
Own coordination and tracking of hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) activities across various teams to ensure launch readiness Maintain and manage hardware Bill of Materials (BOM), including updates and change control processes Act as a key point of contact for hardware-related support issues, tracking trends and coordinating with internal teams and vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent relevant work experience 2+ years of experience in hardware operations, NPI coordination, or lifecycle management Familiarity with hardware components, systems configurations, and validation workflows Advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables and complex formulas Strong project management capabilities with the ability to operate independently
