Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Mobile Test Engineering will set the quality strategy for Firefox Mobile, manage test automation and exploratory testing efforts, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Set and own the overall quality strategy for Firefox Mobile, focusing on product outcomes Manage Test Automation Engineering to prioritize high-impact work and enhance bug detection Oversee observability initiatives, including dashboards and automated reporting, to monitor product health
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in test engineering, with at least 5 years in technical management roles Proven experience in building or transforming testing practices, including exploratory testing and test automation Strong track record of building collaborative relationships with development teams Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into a coherent picture of product health Experience in managing and supporting a geographically distributed team
