Own and enforce the Salesforce release process, coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining the release calendar Administer and optimize the Copado DevOps platform, managing deployment pipelines and automating CI/CD workflows Track release metrics and produce deployment health reports for leadership, facilitating go/no-go decisions prior to production pushes
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Salesforce DevOps or release management experience Hands-on experience with Copado administration and pipeline development Experience managing multi-environment Salesforce deployments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Production) Proficiency with Salesforce DX (SFDX), metadata API, and version control (Git) Experience running release processes in an Agile/Scrum delivery model
