REQUIRED SKILLS
Needs to be a proven Lead with strong written and verbal communication. • 8-10 years of enterprise-level DevOps experience with a focus on process optimization, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Bitbucket, Azure Pipelines for CI/CD management. • Strong experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation. • Hands-on experience with monitoring and incident management tools (Datadog, LogicMonitor, PagerDuty preferred) • Strong business acumen and communication skills to articulate DevOps strategies and technical concepts to senior leadership and business teams. • Familiarity with SnapLogic for API management and integration. • Knowledge of FreshService (or other ITSM tools like ServiceNow) to support IT workflows. • Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required. • Multi-platform experience in .NET and Java environments.
