To drive platform adoption and deliver measurable customer outcomes, the remote Senior Technical Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical expert in customer engagements, providing onboarding assistance, developing technical solutions, and delivering customer training. Key responsibilities
Provide comprehensive post-sales onboarding assistance to ensure customers achieve full production readiness Participate in solution workshops to identify customer requirements and develop prescriptive technical strategies Develop Python scripts for data integration and maintain product integration scripts to support customer use cases
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 7+ years of experience Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash, and experience with at least one additional programming language Experience with data manipulation and developing REST APIs or custom scripts Proven experience in an enterprise software or B2B SaaS company, ideally in cybersecurity or GRC space Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a passion for solving customer problems
