Proven experience in leading implementation or migrations teams, particularly in a SaaS, healthtech, or EHR/EMR environment Strong technical understanding of data operations, including data mapping, validation, and ETL processes Demonstrated ability to develop team members through structured feedback and growth plans Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and alignment Ability to maintain composure and provide structured responses during operational challenges
