To support the development of innovative AI-driven solutions, the full-time Senior AI Solutions Engineer will architect and implement custom AI configurations, advise clients on operational improvements, and serve as a liaison between engineering and customer teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities
Design and configure custom AI Agents for integration into the claims process Develop operational flows using the Claim Platform and advanced AI tools, demonstrating impact and ROI Lead weekly client meetings to identify operational pain points and strategic priorities
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field 3-5+ years of experience with P&C claim organizations Strong understanding of P&C claims processes Experience in a B2B client-facing or account management role Technical aptitude with a focus on AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and workflow automation
