To support the growth of a fast-paced startup, the full-time Inbound Sales Development Representative will manage inbound lead qualification, schedule discovery calls, and maintain CRM hygiene while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Own timely responses across inbound channels including website forms, email, live chat, and LinkedIn Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities appropriately across enterprise and SMB/mid-market segments Schedule discovery and demo calls for account executives
Required qualifications
Prior customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, service, support, or sales environments Ability to communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and actively listen Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through on details Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with evolving processes Willingness to learn quickly and understand technical products deeply
