Manage and mentor a team of Forward-Deployed Machine Learning Engineers to deliver AI and ML solutions Drive execution in fast-paced environments through agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration Translate strategic AI initiatives into actionable roadmaps and ensure effective project execution
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in machine learning, applied AI, data science, or related fields 2+ years of experience in leading or managing technical teams Experience deploying and operating ML or AI systems in production environments Strong understanding of ML systems and production monitoring best practices Ability to navigate fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
