To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time Licensed Direct Sales Representative will work remotely within the Central Time Zone, responding to inbound calls and promoting insurance products while also making outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities. Key responsibilities:
Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering customer data to generate quotes and bind business Provide exceptional customer service, educating customers on coverage options and building strong relationships Identify cross-sell and upselling opportunities by qualifying customers for additional products and services
Required qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales environment Active Property & Casualty License Must reside in the Central Time Zone Proven ability to meet quotas and goals in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or GED
