To support the development of enterprise-scale agentic AI platforms in a regulated healthcare environment, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Machine Learning Engineer will lead the design and operation of platform capabilities that ensure safe and scalable deployment of autonomous AI systems. Key responsibilities
Lead the design and operation of the enterprise agentic AI platform in collaboration with architects and ML engineers Build components for interoperability between first-party and third-party AI agents, ensuring compliance with standards and policies Establish validation frameworks and operational safeguards to monitor and de-risk AI system behavior in production environments
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field Five years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software engineering Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks like PyTorch Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and protocols Familiarity with deploying containerized AI platforms in cloud environments using Kubernetes
