Providing Epic application expertise to managed services and consulting clients, the full-time remote Advisory Willow Epic Applications Analyst will configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Epic applications while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance healthcare workflows and ensure system compliance. Key responsibilities
Assess client needs and document business requirements to recommend and implement system enhancements Support clients with Tier 2 and Tier 3 maintenance and issue resolution, including after-hours on-call support as needed Collaborate with team members to build, test, and implement new workflows and policies while ensuring high-quality deliverables
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, healthcare-related certification, or equivalent experience Epic certification with the ability to support in three or more applications Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Epic application analyst or in Epic consulting Expert knowledge of healthcare workflows and regulatory compliance requirements Experience with Pump Integration is required
