Translating deep Compliance expertise into scalable configurations, the full-time remote Industry Cloud Architect will lead discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders, develop solution blueprints, and provide support across sales and client success teams. Key responsibilities
Define, configure, and maintain best-practice solution blueprints for Intapp Compliance products, managing the quarterly roadmap for each blueprint Lead internal and client-facing discovery to identify unmet needs and workflow gaps, translating findings into documented use cases Provide tactical support to sales, pre-sales, and client success teams to ensure effective deployment of industry solutions
Required qualifications
Five or more years of experience in a services, pre-sales, client success, or technical client-facing role at an enterprise software company Hands-on experience configuring Intapp Compliance applications or comparable enterprise compliance platforms Proven track record of presenting confidently in high-pressure situations with senior stakeholders Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams Genuine curiosity about professional services industries and compliance workflows, with the commercial acumen to create actionable solutions
