Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline Six or more years of professional backend or platform engineering experience Strong expertise in designing distributed systems with a focus on consistency, availability, and latency Advanced proficiency in at least one major backend language such as Java, Go, Scala, Rust, or modern C++ Deep understanding of high-throughput messaging and event-driven architectures using technologies like Kafka or Pulsar
