To define and scale the technical direction of a consumer-facing platform, the full-time Technical Lead - Fullstack will make high-leverage architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on to complex features in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Own and evolve the technical direction of the consumer platform, balancing long-term architectural vision with day-to-day technical decisions Serve as the technical north star for the pod through design and code reviews while actively contributing to the codebase Define and operationalize AI-assisted engineering workflows to enhance team velocity and mentor engineers in strong engineering practices
Required qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in modern full-stack web development Strong mastery of TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js, with experience in GraphQL, Apollo, and AWS Proven track record of influencing architecture for consumer-facing web products at scale Exceptional engineering judgment and hands-on coding ability Deep practical fluency with AI-assisted development workflows
