Partnering with leaders across the Centralized HR Team, the full-time remote Data Analyst Lead will develop reporting solutions using statistical analysis and data modeling to generate actionable insights that drive staffing needs and operational efficiencies. Key responsibilities
Develop and evolve a variety of reporting solutions for the People Analytics Team Provide analytical support to business partners, focusing on Field HR and operational efficiencies Create innovative self-service reporting tools using the latest technologies
Required qualifications
A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or A Bachelor's degree or higher with at least seven years of analytical work experience, or A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
