Analyzing complex business challenges, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring colleagues. Key responsibilities
Design and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, enhancing functionality through configurations and customizations Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications and integrations, ensuring quality through test plans and documentation
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Strong understanding of Maximo architecture and experience with BIRT report building Familiarity with REST/JSON integrations and database systems, particularly DB2
