$90,000 - $130,000 annually
Nurse Practitioner Benefits:

Malpractice insurance, licensing fees, registration, and DEA fees paid by the practice.

We are a Primary Care practice and a Patient Centered Medical Home, who takes a team-based approach to medicine.
Our Nurse Practitioners have ready access and ability to precept cases with our Physicians in a supportive environment.
Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities :
Provide and coordinate health care services to patients and their families
Promote maintenance of health, prevention of illness and stability
Provide care during acute and chronic phases of illness
Guide and counsel individuals and families
Referral patients to other health care providers as appropriate
Record and update patient EMR in accordance with HIPAA and practice standards and procedures
Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
Current, certified NYS Nurse Practitioner license
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a family practice or Urgent Care setting is desired (not required)
Previous experience working with Medent (EMR) is a plus
Excellent working knowledge of chronic disease states and possess critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
