We are looking for employees for both the morning shift and evening shift. As a General Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring products are processed, packaged, and delivered to our customers to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Unloading soiled laundry from delivery trolleys, sorting, washing, drying, and finishing residents clothing according to operational procedures. Operating machinery safely and efficiently. Inspecting garments for quality and reprocessing where required. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Following all health and safety protocols, including PPE requirements. Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets. Reporting equipment faults or safety hazards promptly. Requirements Previous experience in an industrial laundry or production environment desirable but not essential full training provided. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Reliable and punctual, with a positive team attitude.
