Join Our Team at Shake Shack Newark Airport (Terminal A)!

Villa Restaurant Group is looking for energetic and customer-focused Team Members to join our Shake Shack location at Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal A.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing great guest service, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!

Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment

Take guest orders and operate the POS system accurately

Prepare food and beverages following Shake Shack and Villa Restaurant Group standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors during busy airport operations

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Positive attitude and strong guest service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required

Must be able to pass airport security background check

Must have valid photo ID and work authorization

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
