Mobile Support Maintenance Person £39,900 per annum inclusive of car allowance 40 hours per week plus on-call duties. A 24 hour seven-day responsibility is required for our maintenance service, therefore an out of hours on-call system is in place, shared with the Facilities Managers and Support Maintenance team. On average, you will be expected to cover the on-call rota one week in every five. Dorset ,
Hampshire, Wiltshire and West Sussex . Youll provide essential cover for routine maintenance services and minor repair work within our care homes. This includes covering monthly tests and inspections on equipment such as fire doors, water temperature outlets, fire extinguishers, security doors, internal and external lighting, wheelchairs, window restrictors, reclining chairs and nursing beds.
