We are seeking an Internal Support Specialist & Associate Software Developer to join our growing team! Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Technology, you will play a dual role, providing first-line support for Diverge Health’s internal technology tools while also contributing as a developer on our software engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career technologists who bring a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and curiosity to grow their software development expertise. You’ll be at the intersection of support, product development, and IT process improvement, helping our teams work smarter while building solutions that impact patient care. What You’ll Do
In this multi-faceted role, you’ll support our internal teams with product knowledge, automate critical processes for our IT function, and deliver full‑stack software with our development organization. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for internal users of Diverge Health’s developed products. Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve support requests, educating and guiding users through solutions. Configure and reconfigure systems to meet user needs and create educational resources to help teammates navigate tools with confidence. Document recurring issues and recommend product improvements. Streamline and support operational processes such as inventory management (e.g., laptops, phones), onboarding/offboarding workflows, and system auditing. Ensure license and system usage align with business expectations. Automate processes where possible to improve efficiency. Contribute as a full‑stack developer, collaborating with the technology team to deliver new features and capabilities. Build and maintain applications with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AWS. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development practices. What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated technical abilities through projects, work experience, internships, or personal initiatives (formal work experience not required). Ability to discuss technical projects beyond standard coursework (e.g., senior projects, thesis work, open‑source contributions). Evidence of hands‑on technical curiosity such as building or repairing computers, customizing operating systems (e.g., Linux), or similar self‑driven projects. Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to learn new tools and technologies independently. Early‑stage software development experience (or strong coursework/projects) with the desire to deepen full‑stack and cloud skills. Strong communication and empathetic listening skills, with the ability to educate and support colleagues of all technical backgrounds. Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset—you thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Personal Characteristics

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000, based on experience and alignment with role expectations. In addition to base compensation, we offer a competitive equity package, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible work arrangements. Equal Employment Opportunity
