Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at Just Imagine Wickford Station Avenue. This term-time only role

• Just Imagine Wickford Station Avenue, Wickford (SS11 7AS)
  
• £13.58 per hour
  
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:00pm
  
• Term time only
  

You will be supporting our Pre-School room, helping to create a caring, engaging, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. Our nursery is ideally located on Station Avenue, just a 3-minute walk from Wickford High Street and only 2 minutes from Wickford Train Station, making it easily accessible.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
  
• Ensure EYFS compliance and high standards of care
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment
  
• Support children’s emotional wellbeing and key person approach
  
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily running
  
• Follow safeguarding, policies, and professional standards
  

Requirements and skills:

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification – essential
  
• Fluent in written and spoken English - essential
  
• Over 1 year’s experience of working in Early Years - desirable
  
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
