Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Required Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience Community Hospital Experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Rhythm interpretation preferred. Coil embolization preferred.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. All diagnostic procedures, PCI (stents, balloon angioplasty, laser, rota, impella, IABP, CTO), structural heart (TAVR, balloon valvuloplasty, Watchma), and electrophysiology (EPS, Afib/Flutter ablations, BiV and pacemaker implants).

Shift & Scheduling: On-call required: 1 call day per week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks. Must arrive within 60 minutes of receiving call.

5 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification (R)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
