We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
with expertise or strong interest in Low Code/No Code platforms to support digital transformation initiatives for our client, OpenGov. The ideal candidate will have a strong business analysis background, a good understanding of technical systems, and the ability to work effectively with APIs, database connections, and workflow automation tools. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Design and configure solutions using Low Code/No Code platforms. Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. Configure system components including APIs, workflows, and database connections. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives. Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users. Required Skills & Qualifications 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Experience or strong interest in Low Code/No Code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, PowerApps). Basic technical understanding of APIs, system configurations, and database connections. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to attend 1-week onsite training in Chicago. Preferred Skills Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working with government or SaaS clients. Familiarity with OpenGov or similar civic technology platforms.
