Contexte et équipe We are strengthening our tech teams to drive strategic projects in the fight against waste (food and non-food). Our web application is at the heart of this system: it orchestrates donations made by large retailers to associations, managing the planning of collections, the import of donation files, and the categorization of products. Our users are both the stores, the associations, and our own collaborators: the Phéniciens. Integrated into a squad of six developers, a Tech Lead, and a Product Manager, you will actively participate in the construction of concrete solutions with a strong social impact. You will benefit from the collective expertise of our different squads, promoting the sharing of knowledge and technical assistance. Tes principales responsabilités As a member of this squad, you will actively participate in the following missions: Realize the functionalities ensuring a performant and maintainable code. Work with the Product Manager to translate the Product challenges into technical solutions. Participate in technical reflections and the implementation of architectural choices. Actively participate in inter-squad knowledge sharing to draw inspiration from what already works and contribute to the improvement of our common stack. Contribute to documentation, share best practices, and support the skill development of junior developers in the squad. Stack & Culture Tech Main technologies: API web.Net 10, C#, EntityFramework Core, Typescript, React, Redux To a lesser extent: MSSQL, Docker, SQS, Kafka, Cypress, React Native This product has been running in production for several years with real performance issues. We advance in a pragmatic way: Vertical Slices, test coverage, and gradual reduction of debt, all paced by bi-monthly Tech Points and several Tech Weeks per year. You have at least 6 years of experience in structured web environments. You master the main technologies of our stack. You are a good communicator with a strong team spirit. Adaptability and flexibility in your way of working. You are able to carry subjects independently, clarifying information and addressing the issues raised. You are a force of proposal and you know how to rely on the "internal" ecosystem to validate your orientations. Tech is a field that excites you and you like to put it at the service of an impact company! Notions of functional programming and Domain Driven Design (DDD) would be a plus.
