Ensure quality of one or more application code bases and alignment with development standards. Applies technical capabilities within own discipline to coach and develop junior employees. Research, evaluate, and prototype solution alternatives for given business needs. Collaborate in a team environment. Work closely with development teams to assist in development of features. Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Ensure the final product is highly performant, responsive, and of the highest quality. Actively participate in agile ceremonies including daily scrum, story pointing, story elaboration, and retrospectives. Work as part of a team to develop and deliver Exception Processing solutions. Install, configure, administer, upgrade and monitor Exception Processing products. Test commercial products and custom code modules. Troubleshoot production issues and work with product vendors to resolve issues. Mentor junior developers and supervise implementation of designed solution.
