General Motors | Remote 12 month contract potential to hire This role will consist of Java development in REST API’s and micro services on the azure cloud. This is within the Software Defined Vehicle Group at GM. Among java/microservices, you will be working with the latest and greatest in terms of technology. This team is working on developing new apps and modernizing existing apps for everything inside the vehicle. POCs, new development, modernization, migrations etc. General Motors is rolling out Ultifi, a new end-to-end software platform in vehicles starting in 2023 that executives say will usher in a sweeping set of capabilities, including giving drivers access to in-car subscription and using over-the-air updates to offer new apps and services.
