Fit-out Site Manager Competitive Salary: €75k €80k depending on experience. Package: Company vehicle/allowance, fuel card, pension scheme, and performance bonuses. We are a [Tier 1/Leading] Fit-Out Contractor seeking an experiencedSite Manager to lead a prestigious pipeline of multi-million euro commercial fit-out projects across Dublin. These range from high-end CAT A/B office refurbishments to large-scale retail and hospitality developments. Key Responsibilities Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and sequence multiple trades (joinery, M&E, partitions, finishes) to ensure smooth workflow.
